If you have a site where you provide free downloads of spreadsheets or spreadsheet software, you may suggest your site by emailing us at webmaster@freespreadsheets.org. Before emailing your information to us, note the following guidelines:

Guidelines

Your download must be completely free. Nothing can be given in exchange for the download. Any sites where any of the following apply WILL NOT be accepted:

  1. There is a fee for downloading the spreadsheet.
  2. A user must register to gain access to the download.
  3. A user must submit an email address before accessing the download.

Required Information

The following information must be included with your submission in order to be considered:

  1. Make the subject of your email 'Spreadsheet resource'. Emails lacking this subject will be automatically filtered out as spam.
  2. A link to the exact page where the link to your download appears.
  3. A short description of what kind of resource you are providing. It is unlikely that we will use your description on our site. However, the description you provide will help us in deciding whether to list you and which category is the most appropriate if you are listed.

NOTE: You will not be contacted regardless of whether your site is listed or not. It is simply too time consuming to contact every single person who makes a submission.
