Instructions
This is a simple, no-frills calorie counter. You just need to enter the number of calories for each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as well as any other calories for the day. The spreadsheet will automatically add these columns together to give a grand total of your daily calories. The other column can be used for snacks, beverages, etc.
Calorie information can be found on the packaging for most items, but some items don't come with nutrition labels, so you will need to look up the calories for these foods. Here are a few sites where you can find this information:
